Mr. Pham Quang Dzung – Chairman
Mr. Pham Quang Dzung started his career at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) in 1994 and has held many key positions at Vietcombank since then. He received a Master of Business Administration in International Banking and Finance at University of Birmingham, U.K. Mr. Pham Quang Dung is currently holding positions including Deputy General Director of Vietcombank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank Fund Management and Chairman of Vietcombank Securities Ltd. Company.

Ms. Hoang Diem Thuy – Member of Chairing Board
Ms Hoang Diem Thuy joined in the field of Banking and Finance in 1995 and has lot of experience in capital management and trading, risk and asset management. Ms Hoang Diem Thuy holds a Master of Business Administration from CFVG (Centre Franco-Vietnamien de formation à la Gestion). At present, she is in charge of Head of Risk Management Department of Vietcombank, Member of Board of Management of Vietnam Finance Company in Hong Kong and Member of Chairing Board of Vietcombank Securities Ltd. Company.

Mr. Ngo Quang Trung - Member of Chairing Board – Director
Mr. Ngo Quang Trung has advanced qualifications and extensive experience in field of banking and finance in Vietnam. He was previously Head of Customer Care Department and Credit Policy Department of Vietcombank, Deputy Director of Vietcombank Trading Exchange. He is concurrently the Chairman of Management Board of Gia Dinh Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Mr. Ngo Quang Trung received a master's degree in fund management at the University of New South Wales - Australia.

Mr. Tran Viet Anh - Vice Director
Mr. Tran Viet Anh has broad knowledge on finance and many years of experience in Vietnam’s stock market. Prior to joining VCBS, he had many years of working at Vietcombank and held the position of Deputy General Director of Vietcombank Fund Management. Mr. Tran Viet Anh obtained his Master of Business Administration at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) - Universite Libre De Bruxelles.

Mr. Le Viet Ha – Vice Director
Mr. Le Viet Ha worked at Vietcombank for years before moving to work at VCBS. During the time at VCBS, he has held many key positions in managerial team. Mr. Le Viet Ha graduated from Banking Academy of Vietnam majoring in Banking and Finance and received a Bachelor of Law at Hanoi University of Law.

Mr. Mai Trung Dzung – Vice Director
Mr. Mai Trung Dzung holds a Master in Economics of Banking & Finance delivered by ESCP Europe, Paris Dauphine University. He has expertise and in-depth knowledge about Vietnam securities market. Mr. Mai Trung Dzung has many years of experience as the Head of Investment Department of VCBS before being appointed to the position of Vice Director.
